The problem
A professional services firm wanted its suite repainted without closing the office for a single weekday. The walls had not been painted in eight years, and the conference rooms showed scuffs from chairs and moved furniture.
What we did
We split the suite into two halves and painted each over one weekend. Furniture was moved and covered on Friday evening, and every room was back in place before staff arrived on Monday.
Low-odor, scrub-resistant paint in the open office and conference rooms
Patched and sanded scuffed corners and door frames
Painted the doors and trim in a semi-gloss finish

- First weekendRepairs, primer and two coats in the first half
- Second weekendThe same in the second half, doors and trim
- Monday morningFinal walk-through with the office manager
The result
The office stayed open every weekday. Staff came back on Monday to finished rooms with their desks where they left them, and the firm has asked for the same approach for its reception area.
