Service requests
Sending a request does not book a visit until dispatch confirms a time with you. Always call for emergencies.
Quotes and prices
Prices are confirmed in writing before work starts. After-hours visits are billed at our emergency rate, which the dispatcher tells you before anyone is sent.
Reviews
Reviews must describe real service you received from us. We may hold back reviews that contain personal information, offensive language or unrelated content, and we tell you why. We never edit what a review says, and we never pay for reviews.
Accounts
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you can delete it at any time.
Warranty and liability
Our work is covered by the warranty in your service agreement. Nothing on this site changes that agreement.
