Capital Elite Services runs capitaleliteservices.com. Our office is at 4445 Raleigh Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, property address or ZIP code, and what you write in a request, review or message.
Information collected automatically: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. See the cookie policy for details.
How we use it
To answer requests and schedule service, to send reports, quotes and invoices, to publish reviews you submit under the name you choose, and to keep the site secure. If you agree, we also send occasional maintenance reminders.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling, email and hosting providers, under contracts that limit how they use your data. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Service records for as long as we work with you, and for seven years after that for tax and warranty purposes. Account data until you delete your account. Contact form messages for up to two years.
Your choices
You can update your profile in your account, delete your reviews or your whole account at any time, unsubscribe from emails with one click, and ask us for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.
