The problem
A tenant fit-out had just finished, and the store was opening at the end of the week. Drywall dust covered every surface, the windows carried paint and sticker residue, and the floor still had construction debris on it.
What we did
We cleaned from the top down over two days, so dust from the ceilings and fixtures never landed on a clean floor.
Dusted vents, light fixtures, shelving and ledges
Removed paint, labels and residue from the storefront glass
Cleaned the restroom and the back-of-house area
Swept, vacuumed and machine scrubbed the floors

- Day 2Floors scrubbed, final wipe-down and walk-through
The result
The store owner stocked the shelves on the third day and opened on schedule. The property manager now calls us for routine cleaning of the shared corridor.
